Return & Refund Policy

We understand buyer's remorse and we want our customers to be happy with their purchase, no matter what it takes.  Which is why we will gladly accept returns. In order to process your return, you will need to do the following: ​

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You can do this by emailing us at: or use our Contact Us page on our website

Upon receipt of your request we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of our email with the RMA number or there will be a $5.00 restocking fee. ​

Once we receive the item back, we will evaluate the condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We will contact you if there will be deductions in your refund. If the return is in good order, we will issue you your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

In the event your purchase arrives damaged or incorrect, we require you to notify us immediately and provide a picture. We will review the claim in less than 24 hours and provide a solution to the problem including but not limited too a full refund or a replacement. In this case shipping charges will be at our expense.
