Is everything made in house?
We are a custom wood shop and everything we sell is Made to Order. This guarantees that your purchase is an original piece, crafted to your specifications. We are not a re-seller or importer.  All our products are made in the US and we only purchase materials manufactured in the USA

What is the "Accent color" and where does it go? ​
The inlay is what we call the cross section of the wood that is bare when we cut the silhouette out from the middle of the design we are making.  This cross section is bare wood and we hand paint this with a color you choose.  We do this so during day light hours you can still appreciate your purchase. The color gives the design contrast allowing the silhouette cut out to stand out.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? ​
Production Time
In most cases items are completed and shipped in 2 to 3 business days from the time your order is placed. If an item is taking longer than expected to make, we will contact you immediately. ​

Estimated Shipping Transit Time
We utilize USPS First Class mail as our shipping carrier. North America transit time is typically 2 - 5 business days. However, most of our shipments arrive in about 2-3 days. International shipments typically take 7-10 days to arrive, depending on where they are shipping to.  

Customs & Duty Fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. We apologize but we cannot be responsible for delays that occur due to customs.
  
How is my order packaged for shipping?
Each item to be shipped is individually encased in bubble wrap covering the entire item.  It is placed on top a layer of packing paper placed on the bottom of the shipping carton.  This layer acts like a cushion to absorb any bumps or drops.  Lastly any void (space) is filled with packing paper to ensure the product doesn't shift in transit to you.
